Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how The Flip Secrets (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website or schedule a call through it (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you book a call, you provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, and any responses you give to booking questions.

Information collected automatically. We and our service providers automatically collect certain information when you visit the Site, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) attached to the link you used to reach the Site. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies — including the Meta (Facebook) pixel — to collect this information.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to schedule and conduct the call you book; to contact you by phone, text message, and email about your booking, our programs, and related offers (with your consent, as described in our Terms of Service); to measure and improve our marketing, including attribution of bookings to advertising campaigns; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising and Analytics

We use the Meta pixel and similar tools to measure ad performance and to build advertising audiences, including retargeting audiences of Site visitors. These tools may collect information about your visit and associate it with your accounts on third-party platforms. You can learn about and control Meta’s ad practices through your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and you can limit tracking through your browser settings, ad-blocking tools, and industry opt-out pages such as the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out portal.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers who help us operate our business — including scheduling providers, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, calendar services, communications platforms, analytics providers, and advertising platforms — in each case for the purposes described in this Policy. We may also share information to comply with law, to protect our rights and safety or those of others, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising platforms may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain state laws; you may opt out as described below.

5. Text Messages and Calls

When you provide your phone number while booking a call, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us and our representatives as described in our Terms of Service. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain business records, and to comply with our legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what we collect, the right to access or delete your information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the “sharing” of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may exercise these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in the Contact section below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common standard for interpreting these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain embedded tools or links operated by third parties, including our scheduling provider. Their collection and use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last updated” date above and is effective as soon as it is posted.

13. Contact

Questions or requests regarding this Policy may be directed to The Flip Secrets via the contact information provided on our main website.
